Chicken and rice with Huancaína-style potatoes
Chicken cooked together with rice and mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, and diced bell pepper), seasoned with Peruvian spices and cilantro, giving it a green color. Served with boiled potatoes and Huancaína cream sauce.
